This is first of its kind event Mobile and Embedded Systems event in Central India. It woul highlight Importance of embedded systems, .Net Compact Framework and SmartPhone programming along with WinCE 5.0.Today, we are being driven by revolution in Embedded Technology. It has created and impact in every facet of modern life: Cell phones, answering machines, microwave ovens, televisions, DVD players etc. Even PCs contain several embedded systems. Tremendous growth in embedded computing has given rise to demand for professionals with experience in designing and implementing embedded systems. After all, someone has to create hardware and write software for the Embedded Devices. The International market on a whole expects a product development in Embedded Systems to the tune of U.S. $75 billion and a requirement of around 150000 trained professionals by 2006. However, there is lot of confusion about what embedded systems are and how to learn about them. Traditional Universities don’t team courses in Embedded Systems and textbooks don’t deal with this in a manner that is understood by students.
Speakers at the event include Mr. Abhishek Kant, Community Program Manager, Microsoft India, Mr. Yashavant Kanetkar and Mr. Asang Dani from Kanetkar School of Embedded Technology. This seminar will contain live demonstrations containing real, functional embedded systems and show how next generation computing devices are built. You will clearly see how you may fit in the puzzle and what your career opportunities in this area are.
